Since 1990, Land and Lakes has provided demolition services to the Chicagoland area. We have torn down hundreds of structures ranging from industrial, commercial and single/multi-family dwellings to bridges, roadways, and parking areas. 
We own, operate and maintain our own inventory of specialized heavy equipment to suit demolition projects of any size. Additionally, each of our projects is overseen by an experienced team of engineers, operators and technicians. From start to finish, Land and Lakes has the ability to provide a full range of services to our demolition customers. Not only do we have the demolition capabilities, but Land and Lakes can also provide excavation services, hauling, disposal and recycling services. We can even handle any special wastes that may be present on the site.
