Bluff Point II
815 Bluff Road, or Bluff Point II, is a state-of-the-art, distribution facility located in the densely developed I-55 submarket. The 491,000-square-foot building is 100 percent leased to Pactiv Corporation, a manufacturer of a broad range of tableware and foodservice products, including drink cups, portion cups, containers, cutlery, plates, and bowls. Bluff Point II is the second parcel of a four parcel industrial / commercial development.
Bluff Point I
Bluff Point I, leased in its entirely to The Wrigley Company, is a 500,160 s.f. manufacturing/distribution center. A highly visible infill location on the south side of Bluff Road at Joliet Road, the site offers direct highway access to Interstate 55 via Joliet Road and the Route 53 interchange. Bluff Point's location in the eastern end of the I-55 Corridor also provides direct access to Chicago as well as all Midwestern distribution hubs via I-80.

Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin
Village Green Heights, Land & Lakes Development Co.’s initial development in Pleasant Prairie, is a 200-acre residential neighborhood located just east of the geographic center of the Village of Pleasant Prairie. When completed in its entirety, the neighborhood will consist of 218 single-family homes, 168 multi-family units and approximately 30 acres of open space.
Land & Lakes Development Co. offered fully improved lots to homebuilders and residents. Both the Design Guidelines and the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions were created to ensure development of the highest quality.The established design standards were maintained through an architectural control process. The architectural style is traditional, using traditional building materials. Trees, street lamps and uniform mailboxes and coach lights further enhance a neighborhood feeling.
Immediately north of the Village Green Heights subdivision, 33 acres of open space are being planned for both active and passive uses. The natural features, including approximately 15 acres of existing woods, will be complemented with the addition of two ponds. The area will be improved with trails, lighting, a playground and a picnic pavilion. Fields for baseball and soccer as well as courts for volleyball and basketball are also incorporated in the open space plan.

825 Bluff Road, or Bluff Point III, sold to MAT Holdings, is a 506,777 s.f. manufacturing /distribution center located adjacent to Bluff Road at Joliet Road in close proximity of I-55 and near the intersection of I-55 and I-355. This offers excellent access to I-88, I-80 and I-294.
